Shorty did some follow up work on a previous problem with our sewer drain. After video examination of the sewer line and concluded the line was in good shape and our problem was with faulty commodes. I went on Angie’s list looking for plumbers. Shorty answered my call, I explained the problem, and he suggested I try something to see what the problem might be. Long story short, he send Ben his worker, who then check the main line with a drain camera and found the problem. Very grateful and thankful for their courtesy and honesty. Shorty is the most honest, ethical man and contractor I’ve ever dealt with. He follows through on all details and always has other options at the ready when the first plan gets thwarted (as in weather problems or encountering unexpected issues - and never increases his original fees, which sometimes costs him extra money).
