Shorty did some follow up work on a previous problem with our sewer drain. After video examination of the sewer line and concluded the line was in good shape and our problem was with faulty commodes. I went on Angie’s list looking for plumbers. Shorty answered my call, I explained the problem, and he suggested I try something to see what the problem might be. Long story short, he send Ben his worker, who then check the main line with a drain camera and found the problem. Very grateful and thankful for their courtesy and honesty. Shorty is the most honest, ethical man and contractor I’ve ever dealt with.
